Faulty goods
Any product sold by Funky Stuff NZ undergoes a thorough check however, in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please email us straight away at crew@funkystuff.co.nz and we will take it from there to sort asap.
We will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act. In the first instance we will try and repair the fault. Should we deem the item irreparable we will replace it. If we are unable to repair or replace, we will refund. The shipping cost to have a faulty good returned is the responsibility of Funky Stuff NZ. We will reimburse shipping costs to customers upon the return of the faulty item.
Please note: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Funky Stuff NZ realises that sometimes when you purchase online it can be difficult to tell if the sizing or colour is correct. We will always try our best to provide you with information about our products however, if you need any additional information, please email the team: crew@funkystuff.co.nz who will be only too happy to help.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return if you have simply changed your mind. We have a 14 day returns policy. If your items are not the right size and need to be returned and exchanged, please email: crew@funkystuff.co.nz and we will advise you where to send your package to. All items returned to us must still have all tags and labels attached, have been unused and in the same condition you received it in. Shoes must be free of scuff marks, dirt, and other markings - all packaging must be returned with shoes. All items returned must be in new condition and able to be resold. The shipping cost to return items and/or have them exchanged is the customers responsibility. If we deem an item to be unable to be resold due to it being soiled, missing tags or packaging, the original item will be returned.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. Should an incorrect delivery address be given, and your parcel is delivered to the address you provided, we will do everything we possibly can to help you locate your parcel. Unfortunately, if your parcel can not be located, Funky Stuff NZ, holds no responsibility for replacing or refunding your purchase where the customer has supplied an incorrect address.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange socks, underwear, or swimwear.
